Finally got time to fix my A1 Mini after a hotend clumping🪛
I followed a repair guide found in YouTube and here’s the quick breakdown：
🛠️ What I did (briefly):
• Heated the nozzle with maintenance mode to soften the plastic
• Carefully removed the clumped filament
• Disassembled the hotend step by step
• Cleaned everything thoroughly
• Cooled the nozzle to room temperature
• Reassembled
🌟 Some important tips:
• Wear proper heat-resistant gloves🧤 – the nozzle goes up to 250°C
• Don’t use gloves coated with plastics (they can melt!)
• Keep your screws safe 🔩 — I actually lost one during disassembly 😭 Put them in a tray or magnetic holder before you forget
