Making an Acrylic Marker Holder — From Mess to Something better ✨
Recently I picked up a pack of dual-sided acrylic markers — all neatly packed in a box. But … it is not the easiest to use. Every time I wanted a colour, I had to dig around. Putting them back was just as awkward, and seeing all the colours at once is almost impossible. So I thought — why not make something better? Inspired by something surprisingly simple (toothbrush holders 🪥), I designed a first prototype using Autodesk Fusion 360 — a single row holder to test if the mark

A Colourful Morning at the Imperial College🎨
Recently I joined a decoupage workshop at the Imperial College London, hosted by Purls.UK — and it turned out to be such a refreshing creative experience. We started by choosing patterned tissues — that alone already lifted my mood. So many colours and designs… it was hard to decide. At first, I planned to decorate a plant pot. But somewhere along the way, I changed my mind and went for a small cylindrical box and a plastic container instead — sometimes the best ideas happen

Discovering Bamboo Craft in Beppu🎋
During my visit to Beppu City Traditional Bamboo Crafts Centre, I joined a bamboo bell workshop. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly kind and patient — craft really does have its own universal language. After the workshop, we spent some time exploring the centre. There were beautifully made bamboo baskets, each with its own structure, rhythm, and pattern. We also came across a space where local makers can work together quietly and attentively. Soft lightin

Hello London, Hello UK 🇬🇧 — A New Chapter for Cravelholic

I was introduced to traditional mortise and tenon joinery — a technique where pieces of wood are joined together without screws or nails, yet remain incredibly strong and precise. That moment changed h

Fixing my Bambu Lab 3D Printer
Finally got time to fix my A1 Mini after a hotend clumping🪛 I followed a repair guide found in YouTube and here’s the quick breakdown: 🛠️ What I did (briefly): • Heated the nozzle with maintenance mode to soften the plastic • Carefully removed the clumped filament • Disassembled the hotend step by step • Cleaned everything thoroughly • Cooled the nozzle to room temperature • Reassembled 🌟 Some important tips: • Wear proper heat-resistant gloves🧤 – the nozzle goes up to 25

Novelty Automation @London
Finally visited the 📍Novelty Automation in Holborn Impressed by My-Nuke that after the training you need to operate a mechanical manipulator to open the box and put back the “real plutonium” into the holes at the back. Once you drop it, there will be a loud alarm 🚨 Another one is the Money Laundering which transfers coins 🪙 to a balance using a magnet. At the end the balance shows how much “dirty” cash has slipped past regulation. Thought it was a museum about automation,
